On August 11, 1947, the address of Quiad-e-Azam to the constituent Assembly of Pakistan also reflected the spirit of the madina Charter. He declared the granting of equal rights to all the communities with out any discrimination of caste, color or religion. The incorporation of the clauses of madina Charter in the Charter of the Human Rights of United Nations shows that Islam is the greatest protector of Human Rights.
